1. Open Photoshop And From File Menu Click On New And Set It As 300 By 150 And Click O.k.

2. Click On The Foreground Color Panel And Choose Black For It.

3. Now Use Paint Bucket Tool To Fill The Layer.

4. Now Create A New Layer.

5. Now Use Line Tool And Draw A Line From Left Top Towards Right Bottom.

6. Now Make A Duplicate Of The Layer And Rotate It Vertically.

7. Now Use Brush Tool And Set The Master Diameter To 42 And Opacity To 100% And Flow 100% As Well.

8. Now Use White Foreground Color And Click Right On The Intersection Point Of The Lines To Make The Star Animation Effect. That’s All.
