To Do That All We Have To Do Is To Make A New Document In Photoshop With The Dimension Of 468 By 60 And Then We Will Choose Black As Background And Light Blue Color Or The Color You Want For Foreground And Give A Gradient To The Banner Then We Select The Banner From Half Way Using Elliptical Marquee Tool And Fill The Other Area With Another Color Gradient. Now We Choose Blending Options From Layers Palette And Apply An Outer Glow To Banner Then Apply Bevel And Emboss You Can Change The Blending Options As You Like. And You Can Also Apply Pencil Filter To The Banner If You Don’t Satisfied With The Colors. Now The Final Touches Add Some Thumbnails On The Banner. Now Apply Stroke To The Thumbnails.
