Neil :
i want to know that how to do to make a 3d objets cast reflexion, but make the renders without the floor?, you said you put the same 3d footage and flip it down and well, you put some trasnsparence, but how wud u do to make it for example with a floor with "phong", and just render re reflection and the 3d?? NO background?
Kelly Adams :
for my matchmoving videos I used boujou for the tracking and 3ds max. Never heard of shake
Macolson :
Maya for the 3D, and Shake for the compositing. The image was laid over the top of the footage and tracked to match the background movement - it was locked to various points around the scene
Neal :
wow! That was really interesting. I've only just started basic film editing - working with cuts etc, but I'm slowly working my way up! Thanks for this vid.
Billy Brown :

Sid :
Camtasia Studio is horrible o.o Sony Vegas is for editing. Wax is for 3D. Just watch the video - he shows you how to use Wax.
Madonna :
This is a rather nice touch that could really add a cool effect to any video. I bet there are tons of uses for this.
Johnny Reid :
