when i try to export the file it becomes choppy and also slow downs my system what should i do in this case if you could help i really want to know that how to fix this problem.

well this happens sometimes if you are facing this problem then in first case if it turns out choppy it might be your program error, try to redownload After Effects and if the it also slow downs your system try to replace your ram with a higher gb ram it will fix this speed issue.

just put edit speed graph instead of edit time graph on the settings on the bottom of the graph

great tutorial i tried the it but when i export the file it turns out dumb. the audio of the file disappeared. can you tell me how to solve this problem.

just try to re-render the file then don't try to render the audio that export the file it will solve the problem.
